Orders may be fulfilled by third-party partners and shipped from international locations outside the United States. Elena Sinclair remains your point of contact for order questions.

Processing time and transit time are separate. The estimates on our Shipping and Delivery page help you plan your purchase but do not guarantee arrival on a specific day. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notice and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Please contact us if you have questions about an order’s progress.

Returns and refunds

Our Return Policy explains the 30-day return request window, item condition requirements, return instructions, and refund process. Please contact us before sending an item back because the return destination may differ from the sender address on your parcel.
